first drawing of 2016

based off a dream i had a while ago

it's not nearly as grand as i hoped it would be, but as it's my first "serious" attempt at digital painting, i think this is as far as my skills go haha. I'm still proud of it, but i'm definitely going to come back to this drawing and improve/redraw it down the road!!
